Originally opened in 1931 as a 13-room hotel catering to travelers along the trade route between New York and Arizona, the Sagebrush Inn & Suites offers authentic Southwest charm with modern amenities. Nestled in Taos, the hotel features 156 guestrooms, a saloon, patio dining, and live entertainment. Its scenic courtyards and traditional brick walkways boast breathtaking views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.
The hotel has a storied past, having once served as a temporary home for the Los Alamos Boys School during WWII, and hosted prominent figures such as Georgia O’Keeffe, who resided in what is now the Artist’s Loft. Sagebrush’s connection to artists and history makes it a cherished landmark, and the fireplaces, designed by Carmen Velarde, are a signature feature.
Other notable guests include Marlon Brando, Ansel Adams, and even President Gerald Ford. It has served as a backdrop for iconic films, such as Easy Rider, and offers unique amenities like an outdoor heated pool, bocce courts, and the Sagebrush Grill & Cantina. Hotel Reservations for NASSAM 2025
We are excited to offer exclusive group rates for NASSAM attendees at the Sagebrush Inn. To ensure that our event registrants have first access to these rates, hotel reservations will require a unique confirmation code issued upon completing your event registration once it opens.

Room rates quoted do not include applicable fees and taxes. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. The cutoff date for all reservations is Friday, May 16, 2025. After the cutoff date, the hotel will release any unreserved rooms.
Reservation Process:
1. Register for NASSAM 2025:
- Complete your event registration through our online system when it opens.
- Upon successful registration, you will receive a unique confirmation code.
2. Receive Your Confirmation Code:
- This code will be sent to you via email along with your registration confirmation.
3. Book Your Room:
- Use your confirmation code to book a room at the Sagebrush Inn.
- Call the hotel directly at (575) 758-2254 to make your reservation, providing them with your unique confirmation code.
- Ensure you book your room before the cutoff date to secure the group rates.
Note: To book a room, you must have a valid confirmation code from your event registration. This code will be provided upon completing your registration for NASSAM 2025.
This approach helps ensure that those committed to attending the event have priority access to the reserved rooms and can prevent issues with room availability closer to the event date.
