Hotel Booking Information
Hotel Reservations:
- After completing your registration, you will receive a unique group code in your confirmation email for booking. This code will allow you to book your stay at the Sagebrush Inn, the host hotel for NASSAM 2025. Rooms are limited, and this code ensures priority access for event attendees.
Waiver of Liability
Waiver of Liability:
- By registering for this event, you acknowledge that participation in NASSAM 2025, including any associated activities such as scenic drives or the car show, is voluntary and done at your own risk. You agree not to hold the event organizers, sponsors, or venue responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during the event.
- Please note: A more detailed waiver will be provided for signature upon arrival at the event.

- We respect your privacy. All personal information provided during registration will only be used for event-related communications, including event updates, merchandise orders, and hotel booking details. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

- By registering for NASSAM 2025, you agree to follow all event guidelines, respect local laws, and act in a manner that is safe and respectful to other attendees, staff, and the community. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund.

Merchandise:
- All merchandise purchased through our registration platform is to be picked up at the event (NASSAM 2025, June 15-20, 2025, in Taos, NM).
- All merchandise sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any merchandise after purchase.
Event Registration:
- Event registration fees are refundable up to 30 days prior to the event.
- To request a refund, please contact us at info@nassam2025.com by May 15, 2025.
- After May 15, 2025, all registration fees are non-refundable.
